Our returns policy is simple! "No quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is broken, you must return it to us within the 14 day period

Returns Procedure

If you change your mind...

At Riley's we want you to be able to buy with confidence. However, should you wish to return your purchases*, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days provided there is proof of purchase and it is in a resaleable condition. An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items. We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you would like to return your item to the Riley's store please ensure that you take your delivery paperwork with you to help the store quickly process your refund.
* The cost of which would be the customers' responsibility

• If there is a fault with the product...

We will attempt to rectify any faults that occur within 12 months* from the date of purchase. We'll usually offer you a replacement or repair. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
* Subject to change due to manufacturer guarantee

• When returning any petrol powered product all oil and petrol must be drained from the engine before you release the goods to a carrier. This is for the safety of the carrier firm.

Gift Vouchers  - Cancellation

Cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
Under the Regulations, (as outlined above), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for either a gift card at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent.
